These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and website-related functions. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Website Use

Our website provides information about our products, services, production capabilities, and related business activities, and provides channels for project inquiries, quotations, and communications.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time. Product images, specifications, prices, production capabilities, and other information displayed on the website do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious code, or copy, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.

2. Inquiries and Business Communications

You may contact us through our website or other communication channels to submit project requirements, request quotations, or discuss production solutions.

Submitting an inquiry, Project Materials, or other information through the website does not constitute an order or create any obligation for us to manufacture or supply products.

The specific commercial terms of an order, including pricing, specifications, payment terms, production schedules, delivery conditions, quality requirements, and other applicable terms, will be governed by the quotation, purchase order, pro forma invoice (PI), sales contract, or other written agreement subsequently confirmed by both parties.

If these Terms conflict with a written agreement for a specific order, the written agreement for that order will prevail.

3. Project Materials

You may provide manuscripts, artwork, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, packaging designs, technical specifications, samples, and other materials for your project (“Project Materials”).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of your Project Materials and the related intellectual property rights.

By submitting Project Materials, you represent that you have the rights and authorization necessary to use, reproduce, and manufacture those materials for the requested project.

You must not submit materials that infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or that you are not authorized to reproduce or manufacture.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a project may violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights, we may refuse to process the project.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain the intellectual property rights in your Project Materials.

Our website and its original content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and layout, are owned by us or used under appropriate authorization. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without our written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our quotations, technical recommendations, templates, production methods, and other business materials remain the property of us or the relevant rights holders.

5. Orders and Production Projects

Specific orders and production projects are not governed solely by these website Terms of Use.

The specific commercial and production conditions of a project, including pricing, payment, production schedules, materials, specifications, proofs, quality standards, delivery, shipping, inspection, and related responsibilities, will be governed by the quotation, purchase order, PI, contract, or other written document confirmed or agreed by the parties for that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content does not constitute a guarantee of any specific product, quantity, price, production schedule, or delivery date.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate Project Materials, specifications, files, approvals, and contact information.

You are also responsible for obtaining any copyright, trademark, publishing, or other permissions required for your Project Materials.

Any loss, delay, or additional cost caused by inaccurate information, incomplete files, delayed approvals, failure to obtain necessary permissions, or other matters for which you are responsible will be handled in accordance with the applicable order or agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Project Materials may contain unpublished manuscripts, artwork, designs, product concepts, or other commercially sensitive information.

Unless otherwise agreed, we use Project Materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, produce, deliver, and support your project.

Specific confidentiality obligations may also be established through a quotation, purchase order, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), contract, or other written agreement.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party websites, platforms, or services, including logistics, payment, communication, website hosting, and other technical services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or operation of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

9. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and the website operational, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or up to date.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

10. Children's Use

Our website and services are primarily intended for businesses, publishers, creators, organizations, and other professional customers.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where applicable law establishes a higher minimum age or imposes additional requirements concerning children's personal information, we will comply with those requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where it should not have been collected, please contact us at viola.afang@gmail.com. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, take steps to delete the information or take other appropriate action.

For more information about how we collect and use personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you submit a notice on behalf of another person or entity, please also provide information regarding your authorization to act on their behalf.

We will review complete notices within a reasonable period and take appropriate action to the extent required by applicable law. Unless required by applicable law, we do not guarantee a specific processing time.

If the party whose material is the subject of a complaint believes that the material does not infringe any rights, they may submit a written response and relevant supporting materials to us. We may review the matter again based on the circumstances and may request additional information from the parties involved.

Anyone who knowingly submits a false or misleading infringement notice, or abuses this complaint process, may be responsible for any resulting legal consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Website Content and Third-Party Links

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website content, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your access to or use of the website.

We do not guarantee that the website will operate continuously, be completely error-free, or be free from security risks.

For specific orders or production projects, the parties' rights and obligations, quality requirements, warranties, remedies, and liabilities will primarily be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, PI, contract, or other written agreement for that project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a third party brings a claim against us, or if we incur losses, costs, or reasonable expenses, as a result of your:

Unlawful use of the website;

you will be responsible for such claims, losses, costs, or expenses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall, where reasonably possible, first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
